By tapping your My Number Card onto your smartphone, you can register the medication information prescribed by medical institutions to MySOS without manual entry.
Please follow the steps below to register this information around the 11th of the month following your medical visit.
1. Select "My Clinical Record" at the bottom of the MySOS app.
2. From the items at the top of the screen, select "Medicine" and tap the "+" (Add) button at the bottom right.
3. Tap "Register on Mynaportal".
4. A web browser will open. Review the notes and other information, then tap "Go to Mynaportal".
5. Follow the instructions on Mynaportal to complete identity verification and consent procedures.
6. Once the information retrieval from Mynaportal begins, a "Information is being acquired" screen will be displayed.
7. You will be notified by push notification when the information retrieval from Mynaportal is complete.
8. Tap "Launch the MySOS App".
The information that can be registered includes drug information, prescription information, and dispensing information recorded in Mynaportal.
