Please try the following steps

2. If you still do not receive any e-mail after checking the above, please set “@mysos.allm-team.net” as a domain that you can receive e-mail from and make sure that you “receive e-mail from @mysos.allm-team.net”.
3. If you do not understand how to do the second step, please contact your email service provider.
Once you are able to receive emails, perform the following operations

5. Fill in the form again and send the reconfiguration email.
