Please try the following procedure.
If you registered an incorrect e-mail address when registering as a new user
1. Tap “If your e-mail address is incorrect, please click here.
2. The account registration screen will appear.
If you do not receive an authentication email even though you entered your correct email address
Check all mail folders, including spam and junk mail folders.
2. If you still do not receive an email after checking the above, please set “@mysos.allm-team.net” as a domain that you can receive emails from, and make sure that you receive emails from “@mysos.allm-team.net”.
If you do not understand how to do 3.2, please contact your email service provider.
If you still cannot receive an authentication email after trying the above, you may wish to use a different email address, such as a free email address that you can create for free.
